Dr. Courtney J. Cantrell is a licensed psychologist with a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with insight, compassion, and practical strategies. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Dr. Cantrell specializes in providing evidence-based therapeutic services. Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered, creating a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered.


Dr. Cantrell is committed to uncovering the root causes of challenges and equipping individuals with the tools to manage stress to create lasting fulfillment. She draws from a variety of therapeutic techniques tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual or family.

Dr. Courtney J. Cantrell is a zealous advocate for expanding mental health access and supporting the psychology profession. She currently serves as Legislative Chair and is the Past President of the Palm Beach Region of the Florida Psychological Association. In these roles, she works tirelessly to champion policies that make mental health care more accessible to Florida residents while representing the interests of psychologists at both the state and national level.

Dr. Cantrell has been published in various media outlets and co-wrote a book chapter on rural suicide prevention called Rural Mental Health. 


In her free time, Dr. Cantrell enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, practicing yoga and pilates, and continually learning new skills—whether through reading, online courses, or exploring new hobbies.
