All evaluations include parent intake, child intake, records review, child testing sessions, school observation (if applicable and within 20 minutes of office), parent and teacher questionnaires, parent feedback, child feedback (optional), and 1 hour consultation with the school.
Evaluations include selected tests for diagnostic areas the clinician determines necessary to inform recommendations and suggested school and learning accommodations.
